Catherine Hill Bay Development Plans and Timelines Update

As many of you know there are multiple developments within Catherine HIll Bay at various stages of their project timelines.

Two of these projects are:

• The Catherine HIll Bay Recreation Master Plan

• The retail and recreation space as a part of stage 3 of the Rose Group Development

In order to provide clarity between the scope of these projects, their funding, and current timelines the following PDF was been compiled and presented at the April 2022 CHB Community Alliance meeting.
